| Duties to be Performed: |
Responsible for administering all Summit Racing Equipment circulation programs. Assist in developing and implementing annual circulation plans for all Summit Racing Equipment catalogs. Develop predictive models and customer segmentation models; do data mining and statistical, segmentation, forecasting, and lifetime value analysis; develop customer contact strategies, campaign contact lists, and back-end analysis. Assist in developing company sales and order forecasts and continually track results. Monitor customer database; note changes and potential or current opportunities or problems. Initiate each step of the catalog mailing and distribution plan. Coordinate with the I.T. department and list processor to manage mailing list files. Coordinate the transfer of mailing list files with list processors and printers. Create print orders for each mailing. Create and manage all source codes. Maintain all direct marketing-related reports. Maintain all Seed, Suppress, and US Monitor lists. Analyze results for all direct mail programs (response rates, segmentation analysis, and calculation of ROI). Monitor postal rates and recommend cost-effective mailing strategies. Forecast sales and profit for each direct marketing campaign.

| Skills and Abilities Needed: |
Familiarity with circulation modeling by RFM, evaluation of response rates, segmentation analysis, and calculation of ROI desired. Working knowledge of statistical analysis concepts and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access applications. Well versed in formal presentation tactics. Knowledge of SAS, SPSS, or other modeling packages desired, but not required.

Experience/Education Required: |
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Three to five years business analysis work experience, catalog circulation experience a must. Extra consideration for experience in a multi-channel catalog/retail/web environment. |
