Duties to be Performed: The primary duties of the person in this position: • Sell products to customers • Approach customers and assist them in making purchase decisions • Answer overflow of telephone calls • Assist in maintaining store displays

Education Required:
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job: • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) • Automotive/technology experience and/or education
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Akron, Ohio area.
Job Title: Retail Customer Service Representative
State: Ohio

Hours of Work: Days, nights, and weekends—hours will vary; 40 hours flexible schedule
Duties to be Performed: The primary duties of the person in this position are as follows: · Talk with customers in person and assist them in returning and/or exchanging products · Process returns · Complete paperwork for warranty returns · Stock shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise · Assist in setting up product displays and arranging merchandise on counters or tables · Stamp, mark, or tag prices on displays or individual products · Obtain merchandise purchased by customers and assist customers in carrying product to their vehicles · Quote prices and help customers find products · Wrap or bag merchandise for customers · Help maintain appearance and cleanliness of the showroom
Skills and Abilities Needed: To perform this position successfully, a qualified applicant should demonstrate the following competencies: · Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals · Ability to write routine warranty reports · Good verbal communication skills to work with customers and employees of the company · Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and employees of the organization · Common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and · Good problem-solving skills · Basic computer skills and mechanical knowledge a plus · Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
Experience/
Education Required:
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job: · High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) · One to three months customer service or sales-related experience preferred
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Akron, Ohio area.
Job Title: Retail Cashier
State: Ohio
Department: Retail

Hours of Work: Days, nights, and weekends—hours will vary; 40 hours flexible schedule
Duties to be Performed: The primary duties of the person in this position are as follows: · Compute bills and itemized lists showing amount due · Make change, cash checks, and issue receipts to customers · Record amounts received and prepare reports for transactions · Read and record totals shown on cash register tape and verify against cash on hand · Quote prices and describe features of items for which money is received · Give refunds or issue credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise · Balance cash drawers and complete closeout sheet each day · Direct incoming calls · Apply pricing labels to displays in showroom as necessary · Help maintain appearance and cleanliness of the showroom as necessary
Skills and Abilities Needed: To perform this position successfully, a qualified applicant should demonstrate the following competencies: · Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos · Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and employees of the organization · Common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions · Computer skills and proficiency with 10-key number keyboard · Ability to work well with customers and maintain good customer service, even while under pressure
Experience/
Education Required:
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job: · High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) · Two to three years of related experience and/or training
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Akron, Ohio area.
